Who we are

Ninja King: Reborn ("the game", "we") is a mobile game. This policy explains what information the game and this website collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

• Account information: your account name and password (stored only as a salted, one-way hash), or a random guest ID created on your device.
• Game data: your characters, ninjas, items, progress, chat messages, clan and ranking information.
• Technical data: your IP address, device model and app version, used to run the game, keep it secure and stop cheating or abuse.
• Purchases: when you top up, payment is handled by our payment partners (for example Xsolla or PayPal). We receive the order number, amount and payment status - we never see or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

• To run the game, save your progress and deliver your purchases.
• To show other players your public profile (name, level, ninjas, rankings) in game features such as the Arena, rankings, clans and chat.
• To protect the game: detecting cheating, fraud and abuse.
• To answer your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the services needed to run the game: our server hosting provider and our payment partners (who process payments under their own privacy policies), or when required by law.

Keeping your data

We keep your account and game data while your account exists. Security logs are kept only as long as needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete your account and its data. Contact us on our Discord (https://discord.gg/Pg3eBJu9Cx) with your account name and server, and we will handle the request.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
